“I found the KLASPAD online TOT extremely useful and helpful. The
trainers
were very competent in their respective areas and covered the
training
topics thoroughly and comprehensively. They also shared with us
various
online tools and techniques and the use of various platforms for
effective
online training.
We learnt SWAY, Screencast, Podcast, Zoom, Webinar etc. which many
may
not
be familiar with. Triggered by COVID 19 pandemic, this online
(digital)
training is a definite ‘must have’ and there is no turning back. It
is
here
to stay, whether we like it or not! There are pros and cons of
online
training, but we hope that over time the shortcomings will be
addressed.
It
is ‘the norm’ today and no more ‘the new norm’. Let us embrace and
adapt
to
