The Institute of Sales Management (ISM) is the UK's largest professional body for salespeople and is the authoritative voice of selling, ethics and best practice.
ISM members are drawn from every sector of industry and commerce and at all levels; from those just embarking upon a sales career through to senior and experienced sales managers and directors. The ISM is a Sales Professional Body committed to developing sales talent via a range of professional and educational resources, through its Professional Sales Certification Framework of Excellence. Also, its sister awarding body, the ISMM, is recognised by OFQUAL (the department of Her Majesty’s Government which regulates qualifications, examinations and assessments) for offering a complete range of qualifications exclusively focused on Sales and Sales Management.
ISM is moving to Klaspad system to provide better services to its customers and the students and has also made strategic alliance with Klaspad. This will take ISMs membership across the world. As a part of introduction of ISM to Malaysia the first of such collaborative event took place in Malaysia with ISM & Klaspad’s workshops at MEFA (Malaysian Employers Federation Academy) and IMMEC in Kuala Lumpur and SSTC at Sabah.
